About

I’m a Microsoft MVP for Copilot Studio, an International Speaker and the author of Power Platform Ninja, where I share hands-on patterns for Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Dataverse.

I’ve spent 15+ years building software across the Microsoft ecosystem: I started out running Windows infrastructure, grew into a .NET developer and went on to design cloud architectures on Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid) for high-concurrency platforms. Today I combine that engineering background with generative AI and Power Platform.

I care about measurable performance, leading technical teams and explaining technology clearly, both on stage and in writing.

  1. Power Platform Solution Architect

    Solution architecture on Power Platform and Azure, from requirements gathering to delivery, for public-sector and enterprise projects.

    • Gathered requirements and designed the architecture of the EU Funds Management System for Spain’s Ministry of Economy.
    • Designed and built Web APIs backed by an event queue system.
    • Data synchronisation with Azure Queue Storage + Azure Functions ↔ Dataverse.
    • Designed and implemented data integration architectures on Azure.
    • Built Power Platform components: plugins, web resources and model-driven pages.
    • Researched new and existing technologies to meet business needs: prototypes, design documents and solution designs.

  2. Cloud Developer & Web Manager

    Cloud architecture and development on Azure and .NET for the web platform of an international online university, leading a team of up to 5 people.

    • Designed the architecture of techtitute.com: ASP.NET Core + Razor, Web API, Redis and in-memory caching, event queues and background cache-refresh processes.
    • Event-driven architecture with Event Grid + Service Bus + Logic Apps + Functions to process high-concurrency web notifications, offloading HTTP requests from the APIs.
    • Automated reporting and scheduled data synchronisation with Logic Apps, WebJobs and Azure Functions across multiple endpoints and APIs.
    • Core Web Vitals optimisation: total load time from 14 s to 2.5 s while keeping 100% of the functionality. Migrated Angular to ASP.NET Core + Razor, built a custom caching middleware (extending ResponseCacheMiddleware) with in-memory cache and Redis failover, tuned SQL Server procedures using execution plans and indexes, and split per-page bundles with webpack. Lighthouse 100/100 on desktop and 80+ on mobile.
    • Led a team of up to 5 people (developers, designers and QA): planning, code reviews and production deployments.
    • Internal NuGet packages with a private feed to share models across projects.
    • Cloudflare integration: CDN, API-driven cache rules and Workers running at the edge.

    Booking engine and travel e-commerce platforms on .NET and SQL Server, coordinating a team of 3 developers and 1 designer.

    • New version of the booking engine: .NET Core 2.2 + MongoDB API integrated with the Booking.com API for hotel availability and Hotel + X packages, with a layered architecture (repository / service) and caching.
    • Search experience built with React + Relay + GraphQL.
    • Hotel booking engine in .NET integrating tour operators via SOAP / XML, plus XML / JSON integrations with car rental, hotel and insurance providers.
    • Web APIs on .NET Framework and .NET Core over SQL Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 (stored procedures and functions) using Entity Framework / EF Core.
    • Back-office applications in C# (invoicing, reporting) and travel portals: rentacar.canarias.com, tenerifecarhire.com, viajar.net, tenerifecar.com, nizarent.com, holidaycar.com and tenerife.com.
    • E-commerce with a management intranet and iOS / Android apps backed by an in-house API.
    • Coordinated a team of 3 developers and 1 designer: task assignment, goals and deployment oversight.
